Deposit & Cancellation Policies 

$750 per person must be received within 7 days of confirmation. Balance is due 60 days prior to departure. Written notification of cancellation must be received at least 120 days prior to sailing for full refund. Cancellation penalties, per person: 75-119 days prior to cruise, $750 deposit; 30-74 days prior to cruise, 50% of cruise cost; less than 30 days prior to cruise, 100% of cruise cost. If desired, cost for Windstar's non-refundable Cancellation Protection Plan will be quoted at confirmation, and payment must be made at time of deposit. Single cruise supplement quoted on request. Single room supplement at InterContinental Beachcomber Resort, add $340. Port & handling charges: $205 per person. High season air fare supplement: Jun 1-Oct 31 and Dec 13- 31, add $120 per person.
