Non-stop flights are available to New Zealand from Los Angeles and San Francisco and direct or connecting service from most of the major and regional airports in North America. Non-stop flights from Los Angeles are approximately 15 hours. Remember that travel to New Zealand crosses the international dateline, so it usually takes 2 calendar days to get there, and none to get home. For example, flights leaving Los Angeles for Auckland that depart at 10pm on December 1st would arrive in Auckland about 5am on December 3rd. A return flight that leaves Auckland at approximately noon on December 7th, would arrive back in Los Angeles on or before the same time the same day, on December 7th.

Flight transportation within New Zealand can take an hour from Auckland and Wellington. Pleasant offers many combo packages with Australia and New Zealand and the three hour flights between Auckland, New Zealand, and Sydney have several daily frequencies.
