Restaurant prices are for one main course at dinner. 

A history of innovative Pacific Rim cuisine has supplied the island with many good restaurants. Fresh fish, island-grown produce, and simple, stylized presentations characterize the very best. Many of the key players have opened restaurants on both resort shores. Roy's, Sansei, Longhi's, and Marco's have all opened second locations in Kihei and Wailea, making it even easier for visitors to find outstanding meals. Expect to eat well in any price category. 

Except as noted, reservations are not required, but it's never a bad idea to phone ahead to book a table. Restaurants are open daily unless otherwise specified. An aloha shirt and pants for men and a simple dress or pants for women are acceptable in all establishments.
