The international country dialing code for the US is +1. The outgoing code is 011, followed by the relevant country code (e.g. 01144 for the United Kingdom). Mobile networks cover most of the country, including all urban areas, however the operators use a different technology than that used in most of the world and most international cell phones will not work, including those from the UK. Internet cafes are available in most towns and cities.
